This programme is specifically designed for individuals who want to drive their social enterprise from start up to the next stage. During the programme delegates will gain a deeper understanding of themselves and learn how they can develop their leadership skills effectively.  

The programme also provides an invaluable opportunity for peer learning with other social entrepreneurs within the group. Additionally, invited guests will share advice and expertise, providing an opportunity for the individual social entrepreneurs to explore common challenges and effective ways to address those challenges.
