This accessibility statement applies to the passion4social.com website.
This website is run by Passion4Social. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website, and work to fulfil this aim. You should be able to:
- change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings
- zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
- navigate most of the website using a keyboard or speech recognition software
- listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)
We also try to make the website text as simple as possible to understand.
The website includes the Assistive Accessibility Widget, powered by a dedicated accessibility server. This widget provides features such as contrast adjustments, text resizing, and other adjustments. While this tool provides options for users to customise their website experience, it is not used to meet WCAG 2.2 standards.
How accessible this website is
Passion4Social is dedicated to making the website as accessible as possible. We work to continually improve and enhance the website for users with accessibility requirements.
We know some parts of this website are not fully accessible because:
- We aim to provide captions and/or transcripts with all our videos by January 2027, but that might not be available for older videos. We are reviewing our videos and updating them with transcripts.
- We do not provide audio descriptions for videos, but aim to provide visual content in alternative formats where possible.
- Links to websites or software that we do not own or manage, and so cannot guarantee their accessibility.
If you encounter any content that you cannot access, please contact us, and we will provide you with an accessible alternative.
We make use of third-party resources such as audio and video players to embed content on our website. Wherever possible, we will ensure these are conformant.

Technical information about this website’s accessibility
Passion4Social is committed to making our website accessible.
Compliance status
The website has been tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 A and AA standards. This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 A and AA standards, due to the non-compliances and exemptions listed below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.
Website-wide issues
Our videos include captions provided through YouTube’s automatic captioning, and some recordings are accompanied by transcripts, although these may not always be fully accurate or available for all sessions.
We are actively working to improve accessibility by reviewing and updating captions and adding transcripts to webinars where possible. (WCAG 2.2 success criteria 1.2.2 Captions and 1.2.3 Audio Description or Media Alternative)
Disproportionate burden
Downloadable documents and some older content, such as Blog articles and webinar recordings, may have accessibility issues. Due to the size of our team and the volume of content, reviewing and remediating all legacy materials may be challenging. We will prioritise content essential to our services and continue improving accessibility over time.
What we are doing to improve accessibility
Our website is regularly reviewed via manual tests and by users with disabilities.
We are also:
- integrating accessibility into our design system,
- including individuals with disabilities in our design personas,
- prioritising remediation of content and PDFs that are essential to our services.
