At Passion4Social, we believe everyone should be able to harness the enormous potential and opportunities the digital world opens up.
Accessibility, inclusion, and ethical innovation are too often treated as an afterthought, but they should be embedded into every digital experience from day one.
Help build a digital world that includes everyone
Passion4Social is recruiting new board members to help shape a future where accessibility is inclusive, ethical, and built into the digital world by default.
We are looking for values-led individuals who believe disabled people should be centred in digital innovation, leadership, and decision-making.
Board members are volunteers, and this is a working board — not a symbolic role. It is an opportunity to bring your insight, experience, and voice to an organisation working to challenge inequality and drive meaningful change.
We’re particularly interested in people with experience in:
- Digital accessibility and inclusive design
- Tech ethics and AI
- Sales, partnerships, and growth strategy
- Social enterprise, NGOs, or public sector leadership
- International development and cross-cultural collaboration
- Governance, fundraising, or organisational scaling
We strongly value lived experience of disability, long-term advocacy, and authentic connections to accessibility and inclusion.
What to expect
- Online meetings (up to 8 hours per quarter), including one quarterly board meeting
- 1-year term (renewable)
- Opportunities to contribute strategically beyond meetings
- Flexible, accessible, anti-ableist governance practices
- Reasonable expenses and access costs covered
Why join?
As a board member, you will help:
- Shape a more accessible digital future
- Influence ethical and inclusive digital practice
- Support a growing international social impact organisation
- Create meaningful, measurable impact for disabled people globally
If our mission resonates with you, we would love to hear from you.
Please contact enquiries@passion4social.com with a short introduction and tell us why you’re interested in joining the board.
The web is for everyone. Our board must reflect that truth.
