Accessibility Audit Services

We make accessibility simple, affordable, effective and delivered in as little as 2 weeks

In a digital world riddled with accessibility challenges, we at Passion4Social emerge with a mission grounded in lived experience. Our first step is building awareness, helping organisations recognise the invisible barriers excluding millions.

We carry out human-led accessibility audits of your website and digital content to identify barriers and check whether it meets recognised accessibility standards. You receive a clear report explaining the problems we find, why they matter, and a prioritised list of fixes to help your team improve accessibility. All this can be delivered in as little as 2 weeks.

Is your website inclusive?

Is your website inclusive?

When we improve a website’s accessibility, the ripple effects are vast. An accessible site is not just easier to use for a blind shopper or a deaf student — it is better for everyone. Clearer navigation, more readable text, and well-structured content improve user experience universally.

Accessibility is usability.

Through human-led accessibility checks, training, and consultancy, we enable organisations to make their websites and digital services truly accessible. We don’t just rely upon automated checks; we believe having real testers matters.

Real life experience

Our testers, many of whom have faced digital exclusion themselves, bring real insight to each audit. For clients, that means compliance, credibility, and connection. Not only that, for every 10 audits we do, we facilitate part-time work to 3 disabled people per month.

Our unique approach

Our approach combines automation for speed with manual testing for depth, creating a product that is faster, more accurate, and more human than most competitors. This dual method
allows us to deliver audits in as little as two weeks.

We were delighted with the support received by Passion4Social via the Accessibility for All programme. We received great insight on the webinar we attended and have already implemented some changes recommended as a priority to make our website more accessible. The report we received was very detailed, and the team ... at Passion4Social were on hand to talk us through some of the more technical elements to ensure we understood exactly what the report was saying and recommending. We’re still in the process of making changes to make our website and future communications more accessible, and feel this has set us on the right path.

It has made us completely rethink how it is structured and how it functions, and we are now looking at a complete redesign to ensure that accessible practices are embedded throughout. It has ... also made us consider the accessibility of many of our other mediums, including printed materials. Many thanks for your work on this.

We were impressed with the website accessibility audit that Passion 4 Social carried out on our website and much of the learning from which will be applied in our new site development. A knowledgeable and friendly team to work with.

Pav at Passion4Social was very patient with us from the beginning. We’re a small organisation with no dedicated web expert. We struggled with capacity and knowledge, even to be able to provide the right access to our website, but Pav talked us through what we needed to know with patience ... and empathy. A new team member, busy workloads and annual leave over the summer all meant that we couldn’t go as quickly as we would like. However, the team at Passion4Social was always flexible and happy to go at our own pace. The reports that we received were comprehensive and easy to understand. They’ve given us a concrete action list to get started, as well as some longer-term actions for us to put into place. Put simply, we didn’t know what we didn’t know and now we can make our website more accessible and inclusive.

Community Catalyst

I would highly recommend Passion4Social for any organisation that is just starting out. From the organisational branding through to the final editing before the website launch, we were very impressed with the clear and creative advice provided.

Passion4Social delivered exactly what we were looking for and more, a new website which is highly functional and easy to navigate, as well as being bold, bright and attractive. The strong relationship we built with Passion4 Social enabled us to have open and honest conversations and we valued their expertise ... in suggesting ideas to make the site the best it could be. Their flexibility and patience allowed us to agree on realistic and achievable timelines, which was crucial as we navigated the process alongside keeping up with our everyday work. Nothing was too much trouble, and no question was left unanswered. It was a pleasure to work with Passion4Social, and the fact that they are a CIC and their mission aligns with our own work made it a very positive match.
